Zelenskyy said a night drone attack on 10 December, using what he described as Iranian-made drones, left more than 1.5 million people in Odesa oblast without electricity. Energy company DTEK said several facilities were destroyed and only hospitals, maternity homes, boiler plants and pumping stations had power. The regional energy department said full restoration could take up to three months and urged families who could to leave.
