More than 1.2 million people had been displaced in Lebanon and Israeli strikes since 2 March had killed more than 1,530 people, including over 100 women and 130 children, Al Jazeera reported, citing Lebanese figures. Israel renewed a forced displacement order covering an area more than 40 km from the border.
