Ukraine's Air Assault Forces say nine settlements retaken in the Oleksandrivka sector

Reportedon one origin only: 0 distinct origins, 0 tied to no party.

Ukraine's Air Assault Forces said they had retaken nine settlements in the Oleksandrivka sector, where Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts meet, in an operation that began on 29 January. They said Ukraine's restriction of Russian forces' use of Starlink terminals from the same date, which cut off terminals not registered in Ukraine's state system, significantly affected Russian command and situational awareness early on. Commander-in-chief Oleksandr Syrskyi had said Ukraine regained more territory in February than Russia captured. The settlements were not named and the claims could not be independently checked.
