Confirmedon an admission by the acting party plus an independent origin: 1 distinct origin, 1 tied to no party.

Ukraine's Operational Command South said on 23 July that two Kalibr missiles hit infrastructure at Odesa port and two were shot down; Ukrainian officials said the grain storage area was not hit. Turkey's defence minister said Moscow had told Ankara it had nothing to do with the attack, but Russia's defence ministry later said the missiles hit a Ukrainian warship and a store of Harpoon missiles. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres condemned the strikes. Ukraine said it would go ahead with preparing exports.
