Confirmedon an admission by the acting party plus an independent origin: 1 distinct origin, 1 tied to no party.

EASA issued Conflict Zone Information Bulletin (CZIB) 2025-01 R2 on 26 January 2026, covering all altitudes / flight levels in the airspace of the Russian Federation west of longitude 60° East: FIR MOSCOW (UUWV), FIR ROSTOV-NA DONU (URRV), FIR SANKT-PETERSBURG (ULLL), FIR YEKATARINBURG (USSV), FIR SAMARA (UWWW). Its first recommendation to EU and EASA-authorised operators reads: "EASA recommends not to operate within the affected airspace of the Russian Federation located west of longitude 60° East at all altitudes and flight levels". EASA gave its validity as until 31 July 2026, unless reviewed earlier. It replaced CZIB 2025-01 R1 of 31 July 2025; EASA describes the change as: "The CZIB validity was extended until 31 July 2026. No changes to the content". CZIBs are EASA recommendations to airlines; binding bans come from national authorities or EASA safety directives.
