Ukraine's navy said on 29 October that a Long Neptune missile strike destroyed two Su-34 fighter-bombers at Marinovka airfield in Volgograd Oblast. President Zelensky said two Su-34s had been destroyed and that an Iskander launcher was also hit, without giving its location. On 30 October the Ukrainian open-source community AviVector published satellite images that it said showed wreckage near the hangars at Marinovka, Ukrainska Pravda reported. The announcement did not give the date of the strike itself. No Russian official comment was found.
