Nizhny Novgorod governor says a drone attack significantly damaged an industrial enterprise in Kstovo district; channels name a refinery

Nizhny Novgorod governor Gleb Nikitin said more than 100 drones were destroyed over the region overnight and into the morning of 1 November and that an industrial enterprise in Kstovo district suffered significant damage, Profile reported. The monitoring channels Exilenova+ and Supernova+ said the Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez refinery was hit, Novaya Gazeta Europe reported; the governor did not name the plant. A woman in a car was hurt by falling drone debris, Profile reported, and Nizhny Novgorod mayor Yuri Shalabaev said the driver whose car was damaged was sent home after a medical examination. Russia's defence ministry said Ukrainian drones were downed over Nizhny Novgorod region among others overnight, Profile reported.
