The Russian-installed head of occupied Luhansk oblast, Pasechnik, said a Ukrainian strike on a scheduled bus travelling from Petrovka to Luhansk killed five people and injured 13, including teenagers aged 15 and 17, RIA Novosti and Interfax reported. Russia's Investigative Committee said a drone struck the bus on a road in Slavianoserbsk district, killing five civilians and injuring more than ten, and that it had opened a terrorism case, RIA Novosti reported. A doctor at the Luhansk republican hospital said four of the injured were in intensive care, RIA Novosti reported. Russian health ministry aide Kuznetsov said one patient was in an extremely serious condition and eight adults and two children in a serious condition, and RIA Novosti, citing Russia's health ministry, said 15 people were being treated in LNR hospitals, two of them children. Pasechnik later gave seven killed and 14 injured in three attacks on transport in the region that day, Vedomosti reported. No Ukrainian account was found.
