Reported2 origins: the claimant's own report, which does not count as evidence.
Zhytomyr Oblast administration head Vitalii Bunechko said Russian forces attacked an energy infrastructure facility in the Zhytomyr community on 6 November and repair crews were assessing the damage, Ukrainska Pravda reported. Ukrinform, citing media reports, said a powerful explosion was heard in Zhytomyr at about 19:30 local time, followed by a city-wide outage. Kyiv mayor Vitali Klitschko said the damage worsened Kyiv's power supply and lowered water pressure, and that Kyivvodokanal was moving pumping stations to generators, Ukrinform reported.
