Entries on the EU consolidated financial sanctions list under the EU's Iran regimes (programme IRN: nuclear proliferation, human rights, drones and missiles), counted by the month the Council listed them. Only entries still in force on the file date are counted, so the figures are a floor. October 2023 and September 2025 are mostly listings kept or reinstated in line with UN decisions on Iran rather than new targets.
