Russia's FSB Border Service stopped accepting new applications for civilian transits of the Kerch Strait from the evening of 10 July, and navigation through the Don-Azov canal was also suspended, United24 reported, citing Reuters. Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces said they struck 13 Russian vessels, including oil tankers, in a single operation, and Ukrainian officials said 48 vessels were hit over five days. Russian authorities gave no timeline for lifting the restriction. Ukraine described the tankers as part of Russia's shadow fleet carrying fuel to Crimea.
