Reportedon one origin only: 0 distinct origins, 0 tied to no party.

A large overnight Russian missile and drone attack destroyed the Trypilska thermal power plant in Ukrainka, Kyiv Oblast, the main power supplier to Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Cherkasy oblasts. Centrenergo said the attack destroyed 100 percent of its generating capacity, having lost the Zmiiv plant in Kharkiv region on 22 March; workers on shift survived. DTEK said two of its thermal plants were also damaged, and energy sites in Lviv, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa and Kharkiv oblasts were targeted. President Zelensky later said the plant was destroyed after Ukraine ran out of air defence missiles to protect it.
