Trump wrote on 10 July that Iran had asked to continue talks and the US had agreed, but that 'the Cease Fire is OVER'; Iran's foreign ministry denied requesting new talks and said it had accepted a visit by a Qatari delegation, Al Jazeera reported. Reuters reported Qatari negotiators were in Tehran, and dpa said Iran asked Pakistan to signal its willingness to negotiate after Araghchi met Pakistan's army chief Asim Munir. Hours later Trump posted that '1,000 missiles' were aimed at Iran in case of an attempt on his life, the Guardian reported. CENTCOM said it had struck about 170 targets since 7 July.
