Confirmedon an admission by the acting party plus an independent origin: 1 distinct origin, 1 tied to no party.
A Russian ballistic missile hit a site near Kyiv on 24 July where defence industry representatives had gathered for a closed exhibition, killing at least 10 people and injuring more than 100, Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko said, according to the Kyiv Independent. Ukrainian officials gave differing descriptions of the site, as a training ground or a private sports complex, and prosecutors opened cases both into a possible war crime and into negligence in organising the event. Russia's defence ministry said, as carried by TASS, that Ukrainian drone developers and special services personnel were at the facility. The Kyiv Independent did not verify the Russian claim.
